A LITTLE HELP, WITHOUT THE RUNAROUND

Clear answers.
More confident next steps.

Start with the questions that matter before you shop, share, or upload.

Why verify my phone if shopping is private?

Confirmation helps reduce unwanted requests while keeping your number out of the scenario. It does not authorize an originator to contact you. Live request submission also requires a confirmed email and is limited to three requests per rolling 24 hours. Browsing resources does not require verification.

Will selecting an originator share my contact details?

No. The initial request contains your scenario and selected recipients. Sharing your name, email, and phone is a separate choice for each originator after you review a response.

Can I choose more than one originator?

Yes. Choose up to five eligible originators for the same scenario without repeating the form or reloading the page. Availability depends on the state and active participants.

Is this a mortgage application or rate lock?

No. A scenario request is for comparison. An originator must confirm eligibility and the lender’s current terms. Confirm the lock terms directly before treating a rate as locked.

Why is an offer missing from the top three?

Only the latest response from each originator is considered. It needs a current expiration date and an available fee worksheet. A newer incomplete or expired response does not revive an older quote. The ordering depends on your selected time horizon and disclosed costs.

What if nobody responds?

The current request window is 24 hours. A request does not guarantee a response. Review your request status, close it if you no longer need it, or start a new scenario with different eligible originators. Do not wait on this platform if you have a contract or lock deadline.

Should I upload my full Loan Estimate?

An upload is optional and comes after an introduction. Share only the pages needed for review, with names, addresses, account numbers, signatures, barcodes, and other identifying details removed. A black rectangle over text may not remove the underlying information. Keep the original separately.

Who sees a quality-check document?

The borrower and authorized platform reviewers. It is not published, shown to other shoppers, or automatically shared with originators. Withdrawing a file stops future access through the platform; it cannot recall copies already downloaded.

What happens if closing falls through?

Use the private help option attached to your introduction to record the reason and choose whether the platform may contact you at your account email. The preview demonstrates this flow but does not dispatch a staffed support request. No closing outcome or response time is guaranteed.

Can originators remove a recent negative review?

Our intended review policy uses a consistent recent period and source attribution, not handpicked positive reviews. No review feed or public performance score is active yet. Private pilot feedback is unverified and is not published as a verified rating.

Will the platform tell me when to lock?

Market tools provide context, not a prediction. Treasury yields and mortgage rates are different measures. Rates can rise or fall unexpectedly; discuss your timing, deadline, and risk tolerance with your originator.
