Educational use

Information is general education and is not a loan offer, commitment to lend, approval, or personalized financial, legal, or tax advice. Actual rates, eligibility, fees, and terms depend on the lender, program, property, and borrower.

Estimates and examples

Calculator results depend on the inputs and assumptions shown. Rounding and excluded costs can cause actual results to differ. Marketplace preview responses are test entries and cannot be accepted as offers. Verify important decisions using current official lender disclosures and appropriate professional advice.

Marketplace participation

Profiles require accurate identity and licensing information, permission to prepare a draft, owner approval, and verification before live participation. No minimum star rating or review count is required. Active participants must provide complete scenario-matched quotes, respect response deadlines and quote expiration, and contact consumers only after explicit contact release. No unsolicited distribution or unrelated marketing is authorized.

Recent-review displays use a consistent date window regardless of rating. Originators may ask clients for honest feedback, not for favorable ratings as a condition of service. Material accuracy or conduct issues may require review or suspension regardless of review age. Preview records are not independently verified outcomes.

Supporting files and assistance

Originators provide a fee worksheet with a completed preliminary quote. Borrowers may later share their own redacted Loan Estimate and request assistance. Uploaders must have authority to share the file and remove unnecessary personal information. Document presence is not independent verification. A quality-check request does not guarantee a response time, a resolution, approval, a rate lock, or closing. No automated review or staffed assistance is active in preview mode.

Saved information

Saved resources, checklist progress, and optional calculator inputs are stored locally in your browser. They may be removed by browser settings, storage limits, or device changes. Keep a separate copy of any information you need to retain.

Resource use and external links

You may use and print the resources for your personal planning and share links to them. External websites are operated by their respective owners. A link is not an endorsement, guarantee of availability, or promise that information will remain unchanged.

Mortgage Lending Group LLC reserves its rights in the site’s original content, branding and proprietary software to the extent protected by applicable law. All rights reserved. Except for the uses expressly permitted here, by a separate license, or by law, you may not reproduce, redistribute, sell or repackage protected site materials without written permission.

You may continue to use the tools, print resources for personal planning, share page links, and use widgets through our published embed options. Keep source attribution and ownership notices intact when using those permitted materials. These permissions do not authorize copying the site into a competing product or implying our endorsement.

Third-party software, photographs, news, agency publications, lender guidance, trademarks and member contributions remain subject to their respective rights and licenses. We do not claim exclusive rights in public facts, formulas or general mortgage-shopping ideas. Nothing here restricts fair use or other rights provided by law. Google Maps review displays

Where available, Google review content comes from the connected business listing and remains separate from SLR reviews and scores. Google's selection and ordering may differ from the complete listing. Use of Google Maps content is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Terms of Service. Keep Google and reviewer attribution intact.

Planned Quote Membership

Billing is not open. The planned introductory offer is $49 per month for the first three paid months, then $99 per month, with no annual commitment. New subscribers after the introductory offer ends start at $99 per month. SLR may revise pricing, features and introductory availability as the service develops. An accepted three-month introductory rate will be honored. Future subscription price changes require at least 30 days’ notice before taking effect; members may cancel before renewal to avoid the new charge. Final recurring-payment and cancellation terms will be disclosed before paid enrollment. No request volume is guaranteed.

Changes to the service

Tools and resources may be revised as the service develops. New features such as lender introductions or advertising will require additional disclosures and applicable terms before activation.
