Calculator results depend on the inputs and assumptions shown. Rounding and excluded costs can cause actual results to differ. Marketplace preview responses are test entries and cannot be accepted as offers. Verify important decisions using current official lender disclosures and appropriate professional advice.

Marketplace participation

Profiles require accurate identity and licensing information, permission to prepare a draft, owner approval, and verification before live participation. No minimum star rating or review count is required. Active participants must provide complete scenario-matched quotes, respect response deadlines and quote expiration, and contact consumers only after explicit contact release. No unsolicited distribution or unrelated marketing is authorized.

Recent-review displays use a consistent date window regardless of rating. Originators may ask clients for honest feedback, not for favorable ratings as a condition of service. Material accuracy or conduct issues may require review or suspension regardless of review age. Preview records are not independently verified outcomes.

Supporting files and assistance

Originators provide a fee worksheet with a completed preliminary quote. Borrowers may later share their own redacted Loan Estimate and request assistance. Uploaders must have authority to share the file and remove unnecessary personal information. Document presence is not independent verification. A quality-check request does not guarantee a response time, a resolution, approval, a rate lock, or closing. No automated review or staffed assistance is active in preview mode.

Saved information

Saved resources, checklist progress, and optional calculator inputs are stored locally in your browser. They may be removed by browser settings, storage limits, or device changes. Keep a separate copy of any information you need to retain.

You may use and print the resources for your personal planning and share links to them. External websites are operated by their respective owners. A link is not an endorsement, guarantee of availability, or promise that information will remain unchanged.

Changes to the service

Tools and resources may be revised as the service develops. New features such as lender introductions or advertising will require additional disclosures and applicable terms before activation.
